R.I.P

We had to have my dog madi put done wednesday night….. Tuesday afternoon when I got home from school she was perfectly fine…. She ran up to greet me at the gate like she always does…. My mom got home from work 2 and a half hours later and she couldnt walk…. Thats all it took, 2 and a half hours for my best friend to become paralyzed….

We took her to the vet and found out that she had developed a cancerous tumor on her spine…. Me and my mom and dad were all bawling when the vet, with tears in her own eyes, said that there was nothing she could do…. 

Wednesday April 11th 2012 at 7:30 pm is when the vet injected the medicine into my dog to make her go to sleep…. and never wake up

My friends are telling me im silly “Its just a dog bailee, theres no reason to be so upset”

That ‘dog’ was my best friend… She was always there for a cuddle, or for when you needed a laugh…..

She went through everything with us…. Shes what kept me sane through these last 6 months

Its night time now, im supposed to be asleep…. But its too quite

I keep on waiting to hear her walking on the hardwood floor

I keep on waiting to wake up and realize that it was just a dream

But I Know its not a dream and that shes gone, and shes never coming back…..

I hope you know that you were loved baby girl… You were the best dog anyone could have ever asked for….. I hope your happy, that youre in doggy heaven, with all the other pups…. That you have as many lakes to swim in, ropes to chase after, and treats to eat as your heart desires

know that i miss you more than anything and that i would give anything to have you back for just a little while longer
